Welcome to the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Somaliland

This program is designed for candidates who have completed a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as accounting, business administration, or finance, or for those who are in their final semester. This aligns well with the requirements for various accounting qualifications, including the CAF Program and CATT program. Those interested in advancing their careers may also consider the CPA program Somaliland and the opportunities provided by ICPAS.

Qualification Routes for CPA program Somaliland

CPA status is awarded through two main pathways:  

- Exam Route: Candidates must sit for exams and fulfill all other CPA program Somaliland requirements, including those outlined in the CAF Program and CATT program.  

- Recognized Professional Qualification: Full members of an IFAC Member body must successfully complete two modules to attain CPA status. These modules are "Somaliland Taxation" and "Introduction to Somaliland Corporate & Business Law," which align with the standards of ICPAS and other accounting qualifications.
